If I want to cancel of my own volition I get 110% of my money back as a voucher?⁠ ⁠ 3. I massively enjoyed the buzz of having a deal to book. It really has been too long since I had this feeling. My DMs were on fire? and my phone was practically ringing off the hook AND IT FELT GREAT!⁠ ⁠ 4. I'm really looking forward to flying Q suites again. The time may not be right to travel, but it is definitely the right time to plan your future travel. Yes, there is uncertainty going forward, but that is where @qatarairways steps in with their generously flexible #travelwithconfidence booking policy as below: 1. Hold on to your ticket and extend the validity for 2 years from the date of issuance. 2. Unlimited changes to date and destination free of charge, for travel until 31 December 2020. You can change to a destination within 5,000 miles radius of your original destination. 3. Swap for Qmiles. 4. Exchange for future travel voucher for 10% additional value, which is valid for 2 years from date of voucher issuance. 5. Get a full refund, should your ticket be cancelled.? The one that really piqued my interest was option 2. ? So I booked a Colombo – Muscat return ticket in business class for $626 for travel in August 2020. I then called the call centre ? and changed my destination to London-Heathrow for travel in November, which is within the 5,000 miles radius of my original destination – Muscat. The #qatarairways agent was able to confirm changes to both date and destinations and that too on the highly acclaimed #A350 fitted with the #QSuites To top it off, I the received a complimentary $100 travel voucher, which means my trip from Colombo to London-Heathrow in business class just cost me $526, which is insane! ?
