Turkish Airlines Istanbul Business Class Lounge

I have to say this is one of the best Lounge that I have ever visited. It can get really crowded at certain times but the ambiance, selection of food and drinks, the interior and the facilities (ie: golf simulator, games area and lie flat massage chairs) are hard to beat. To enter the lounge, you can just scan your boarding pass and go through the automatic door. Once you get in, you will see a space that looks like a leisure room with a pool table. Not far from that room on your right, you can see lockers to store your luggage. The lounge has 2 floors and I found the first floor to be less crowded than the second one.

SHOWER

The shower is available on first come first serve basis however I did not use it during this visit.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

Most lounges in the airport provided buffet lines for visitors to choose from but Turkish lounge has many small stations inside the lounge that provide custom made Turkish food for you. I was impressed with how many freshly made items were available starting from pasta, meat dishes, pizza, and Turkish coffee. I felt like I was in a hotel restaurant more than lounge. The lounge also provided a great selection of wines for you to choose from.

For coffee lovers, there was a barista that can make you any coffee drinks you want. For dessert lovers, the lounge had a great variety of cakes and desserts which include Turkish delight.

I think I can spend hours here and just enjoy the different facilities here. Although I did not see spa as one of the lounge features as I saw in Etihad lounge in Abu Dhabi, I will choose this lounge simply because of the extraordinary food and how comfortable the spaces are.
